A crisis-center hotline operator, Heather, receives a call from Stan who is distraught and remorseful about a past event. He's hesitant to disclose details, but Heather learns he's taken anti-depressants and is considering self-harm. With no other support staff available, Heather must use their conversation to help Stan before it's too late.
