The Legion

Nero's reign is marked by the disastrous invasion of Parthia, where two Roman legions are trapped in the Armenian mountains, succumbing to the harsh cold. Meanwhile, the rest of the Roman army is stuck in Syria, just two weeks' march away, but the treacherous terrain is fraught with Parthian patrols. To rescue the stranded troops, Nero entrusts Noreno, a half-Roman with exceptional running skills, to embark on a perilous mission across the mountains. But Noreno's loyalty is questionable, as he harbors a deep disdain for Rome.
