A former gymnast turned delinquent, Haley Graham, is forced to enroll at an elite gymnastics academy, the VGA, after repeated run-ins with the law. The academy is led by legendary Olympic gymnast Burt Vickerman. Despite being unwelcome by her new teammates, who resent her for abandoning her Junior Olympic team years earlier, Haley refuses to back down and instead seeks to stir up conflicts.
