Frankie Stein's ghoulfriends travel back in time to Monster High's first day, where they meet Sparky, a teen with a passion for creating life. After Sparky follows them through a time portal, they merge into four hybrid monsters, forcing them to work together to control their new bodies and stop one of Sparky's experiments from destroying Monster High.
