Fear of Rain

In the aftermath of a schizophrenia outbreak, Rain returns home to her parents in Florida, struggling to readjust to her old life. She forms an unlikely bond with Caleb, a fellow outcast, and begins attending therapy sessions with Dr. Alexa. As Rain navigates her medication regimen and grapples with the blurred lines between reality and fantasy, she becomes convinced that her teacher and neighbor, Dani McConnell, has kidnapped a child. Caleb joins Rain on her mission to uncover the truth, but her parents are skeptical, viewing Caleb as an imaginary friend.
