A homeless man stumbles upon a film set and drifts off to sleep, only to awaken in 14th-century Baghdad, where he becomes the trusted confidant of the Sultan and leverages his unique abilities to spark meaningful reforms in the kingdom.

A hobo, who stumbles upon a movie set, falls asleep and has a vivid dream where he becomes an advisor to the Sultan in Baghdad. In his dream, he implements a series of reforms, including work programs, taxation of the wealthy, and the abolition of the army, drawing inspiration from Roosevelt's New Deal policies.
