Zoe and the Astronaut

Zoe, a young girl with Leukemia, is given a few months to live by her doctor after her latest treatment fails. Feeling hopeless, Zoe resigns from life, while her parents try to lift her spirits. However, their efforts are in vain. One day, an astronaut named Jacques crash-lands in a field near their home. Zoe and her father rescue him and take him in. As Jacques shares his story, Zoe learns that he was born in space and has managed to return to Earth as the sole survivor of a lost mission. Despite her parents' concerns, Zoe and Jacques form a strong bond and fall in love. As Zoe's parents investigate Jacques' past, they discover that he may not be telling the truth about his origins.
