In the midst of a gang war, Dan and July join Karloff's gang seeking revenge for the murder of their friend Bob, only to discover Karloff's headquarters is in Mexico. Dan concocts a plan to lure Karloff back across the border, but just as he's about to execute it, his true identity is exposed.
