Tom Mallory, disguising himself as Arizona, tracks down a cattle rustler who killed his father, following a lead on a man named Westy Mack. Along the way, he meets Waco Dean, a ranch foreman with a hidden agenda, who offers to guide Tom to Mack in exchange for help with a cattle rustling scheme. Complicating matters, the ranch is owned by Tom's old friend Laura Lee and her young sister Sugar.
