A 7-year-old boy, Vincent Malloy, is obsessed with Vincent Price and dreams of becoming just like him. He uses his vivid imagination to recreate his idol's movies and stories, even conducting bizarre experiments inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's works. But his mother consistently interferes with his desires, leaving Vincent feeling frustrated and misunderstood.
