Conjoined twins Francis and Blake Falls, who share some organs, live in a small room in a rundown hotel. Despite their unique condition, Blake is healthy, while Francis is frail. Their lives are turned upside down by a young woman who becomes involved with Blake and convinces the twins to attend a Halloween party, disguising themselves as a costume. However, Francis's health worsens, and they are forced to consider a separation, facing the physical and emotional challenges that come with it.
