Lee Moses was an American R&B and soul singer and guitarist, known for his highly regarded recordings in the late 1960s and his 1971 LP Time and Place, which are considered classics of the deep soul genre. Despite being a self-taught musician, Moses is considered one of the greatest unknown musicians of his time. He was part of a thriving soul scene in Atlanta during the 1960s and 1970s, but his legacy has largely been forgotten. A documentary about his life and music, titled Time And Place, is set to be completed in mid-2019.
