In 1965, a rebellious teenager is shipped off to a remote boarding school in New England, where she soon discovers that the eerie woods surrounding the school hold dark secrets, all while struggling with her neglectful parents' distant relationship.

In 1965, a rebellious teenager named Heather is sent to Falburn Academy after causing a forest fire. Despite her father's financial struggles, the dean accepts her. Heather befriends an odd student named Marcy and they face mistreatment from a cruel peer. At night, Heather experiences terrifying nightmares and hears whispers from the woods, leading her to believe the school is a witch's coven. As students, including Marcy, start to vanish, Heather fears she'll be next.
