Alexis, a charming but trouble-prone womanizer, is sent to Tossenstein Fortress as a form of punishment. During his journey, he meets Rikscha, the daughter of a notorious robber, who catches his eye and sparks a romantic connection. Upon arrival, Alexis is tasked by the fortress commander with leading a mission to take down the robber's gang. As a reward, he is given the commander's daughter Lilli as his bride.
