The Final Sanction

In a war-torn world, the USA and Russia are forced to a negotiating table to end their conflict. The U.N. proposes an unusual solution: a one-on-one fight to the death between the best soldiers from each side, with the winner claiming victory. Tom, a hot-tempered U.S. Army sergeant, and Sergei, a ruthless Russian sergeant, are chosen for the task. As they face off in the arena, their handlers and mentors watch closely, but Tavin, Tom's handler, begins to uncover a sinister plot behind the event.
