A small town rock band, Quiet Storm, gets entangled with a ruthless gangster, Gianno 'Flat' Donato, after their guitarist owes him money. Meanwhile, a private investigator is investigating Flat to blackmail him for a personal gain, while his son's affair with the lead singer's wife threatens to expose their own secrets. The band members devise a plan to rip off Flat's money laundering scheme, but it's complicated by Flat's thugs and their own agendas.
