The movie starts with a serious tone, depicting a robbery of an innocent young woman. However, it quickly shifts to a lighthearted scene featuring Vin Saxon and Carolyn Brandt performing a charming Elvis-inspired rock 'n roll number. The thugs, who were involved in the robbery, become bored and decide to target Carolyn Brandt at random, leading to a series of campy dramatic scenes. The goons kidnap her and demand a ransom, prompting Vin and the gardener to come up with a plan to rescue her. They decide to become costumed heroes, Rat Pfink and Boo Boo, and rush off to save the day.
