Mortal

A young man, Eric, stumbles upon ancient Norwegian mythology-inspired God-like powers while hiding in western Norway's wilderness. After accidentally killing a teenager, Eric is arrested and meets Christine, a psychologist who believes his story and sympathizes with him. As the American embassy seeks to extradite him, Eric and Christine flee, pursued by both Norwegian and American authorities. Along the way, Eric uncovers the truth about his identity.
