A hotelier in Goa, Shivam, is known for his flirtatious nature and has no intention of getting married. His business partner, Avni, is deeply in love with him despite his womanizing ways. Shivam falls for Nandini, a hotel employee, and changes his stance on marriage. However, Nandini rejects his proposal due to her past, where she was supposed to marry Ashwin, but a car accident left him in a coma. Despite the years that have passed, Nandini has held onto hope that Ashwin will recover. Avni ultimately sacrifices her own love for Shivam, and after much persuasion, Nandini agrees to marry Shivam on the condition that she spends two hours of each day with Ashwin.
