Mumbai-based Raju drives a beat-up auto-rickshaw and lives with his wife, adopted son, and invests in lottery tickets. He's refused admission for his son in Bata Ryan School and decides to enter an auto-rickshaw race to improve their lifestyle. Despite knowing the race may be "fixed", he's determined to win.
