Ibo, a Turkish-German man, dreams of directing Germany's first kung-fu film, but currently makes commercials for his uncle's kebab restaurant. His girlfriend Titzie is pregnant, causing Ibo to question his readiness for fatherhood, especially after his own father disowned him for having a German girlfriend. As the birth approaches, Ibo struggles to come to terms with his new role. Meanwhile, three thugs search for a good tripe soup and a rivalry brews between the kebab joint and a nearby Greek taverna.
