Botong, a troublemaker, flees his hometown to find his missing mother in Manila, only to end up in a mental asylum where he befriends Kristy, a beautiful patient. After saving her from a violent patient, Kristy asks Botong to be her housekeeper, but her jealous boyfriend beats and kicks him out. Crushed, Botong attempts suicide, but a mysterious voice from space intervenes, imbuing him with superpowers.
