The fight for Lithuanian independence in 1991 offered a chance for a group of young men to make their dreams come true. In 1990, Lithuania became the first Soviet republic to declare independence, sparking a response from the Soviet Union. In response to Soviet aggression, Lithuania's Army Command created a crack commando unit called Francas' Zoo.
