Spencer Hawken created a Zero Budget movie in 2013 by asking for favors and using his passion for film. Over 500 local volunteers, including actresses Francesca Ciardi, Jessie Williams, Lucinda Rhodes, and Kaylee Pleasance, and actor Jordan Grehs, donated their time for free.
