In a war-torn Iraq, two Kurdish strangers form an unlikely alliance to reunite a young boy with his frantic parents after he vanishes in 2003.

In the midst of Iraq's chaos in 2003, two Kurds embark on a journey to find the parents of a five-year-old boy named Saddam, who has been found crying on the streets. Meanwhile, the boy's parents frantically search for him, fearing the stigma surrounding his name. As the two Kurds try to dispose of the child, they face rejection from the Americans and religious men, and Little Saddam becomes a growing concern.
