Spring Break 2017 arrives in Peaceful Creek, Florida, and excitement fills the air. Local news station NDMD 11 reports on upcoming events when a shocking discovery is made. Farmer Jack Straw uncovers a prehistoric skull, prompting a response from Mathew Debrie, a recently graduated paleontologist. As he examines the skull, he's amazed to find it belongs to a monstrous Nile crocodile, thought to only exist in Africa. Mathew calls his friend Dr. David Williams, a Harvard graduate, who rushes to the scene from New York. Chaos erupts when a young boy is brutally taken by a reptile while fishing, with a tooth lodged in his buoyancy vest. However, this is no ordinary gator attack.
