The film tells the story of Dawn and Gabe Powell, the founders of Cranberry Lane, a brand that specializes in all things Christmas. As they navigate their business, their marriage begins to suffer due to their differing priorities. Gabe stays on the farm in Bristol, Maine, while Dawn is constantly on the road expanding the brand. Despite contemplating a breakup, they decide to work together to organize their annual Christmas Cranberry Festival. However, things become complicated when Pamela Franks, a media mogul, wants to feature them on her lifestyle show, highlighting their happily married relationship. As they pretend to be a united couple for the cameras, they may rediscover what brought them together, but it could also expose the problems that led to their potential split.
