A North Korean boy and his sister are sent to a labor prison camp after their father's failed espionage mission. To save his sister, the boy agrees to become a spy and infiltrates South Korea as a teenage defector. He attends high school, meets another girl named Hye-in, and rescues her from bullies. However, South Korean Intelligence starts tracking him, and his own government sends an assassin to eliminate him.
