Child's Pose

Child's Pose is a film about an affluent Romanian woman who sets out to manipulate her adult son's life when he faces manslaughter charges, navigating power, corruption, and influence to keep him out of prison. The movie explores the complex parent-child relationship through the eyes of a son in his 30s who wants to escape his mother's control, while his mother desperately tries to hold on.
