Two unemployed friends, Nawab and Baba, lead a life of petty theft and con-artistry in Hyderabad, financed by their auto-rickshaw driver friend Abbu. When their father asks them to leave, they move in with Abbu, but soon con his landlord for a large sum of money, which they lose in a Carrom game. In a desperate attempt to repay their debt, they break into a wealthy man's house, but end up getting caught by the police and their misadventure is broadcasted on TV. The news has a profound impact on Jango, Abbu, and Nawab's parents.
