A young migrant from Guinea takes a journey to Germany, forming an unlikely bond with a drug trafficker and two women who introduce him to a world of both opportunity and danger.

A young refugee, Francis, swears to become a better person after a traumatic event. He faces numerous challenges as an illegal immigrant in Germany, including the temptation of easy money dealing drugs. Despite his best efforts, Francis becomes entangled in a destructive friendship and struggles to find redemption. He eventually meets a young prostitute, Mieze, and falls in love, but his past mistakes ultimately lead to tragedy.
