In this western, a mine owner is ambushed and left for dead, but manages to make his way to a doctor who secretly leads an outlaw gang. The mine is then passed to a new owner, who sends Roy Rogers to investigate a claim for lost uranium. Roy poses as a cowhand and uncovers evidence linking the doctor to the gang, just as they attempt to hijack the ore and fly it out of the country.
