Life in Vanuatu is more challenging than its idyllic reputation suggests. Timothy's family faces difficulties, with his daughter out of school due to unpaid fees, his wife working as a house girl, and his son unemployed and involved with drugs. Timothy's hope lies with the political party he supports, and when one of its leaders becomes a Minister, he expects to secure a job and send his daughter back to school. However, he is not the only supporter seeking employment, and to get the job he wants, he must confront the system's moral ambiguities.
