Big Guy, a supposedly artificially intelligent robot, was actually a super-suit with a man inside posing as the mechanic. Created by the government to fight world threats, Big Guy's true nature was kept secret until he was replaced by Rusty, a young robot with artificial intelligence and a 10-year-old's mind and personality. When Rusty struggled to save the world, Big Guy was called out of retirement to mentor the young robot and teach him the ropes.
