A rebellious high school senior is sent to spend time with his older brother, a gun runner, to keep him out of trouble. Despite initial reservations, the two form a strong bond, and the younger brother starts to turn his life around. However, their relationship is put to the test by the older brother's illegal activities, the discovery of their father's motives, and his own philandering ways.
