A young boy from 2025 Hong Kong time-travels to Neo-Macao in 2125, losing his memory. He's given the name Ryû Urashima and becomes a special police officer, possibly possessing supernatural powers due to his time travel. With colleagues Claude and Sophia, he battles the Neo-crime organization.
