Three childhood friends, Cobra, Yamato, and Noboru, have been inseparable since their youth. While Noboru excels academically and earns a university spot, Cobra and Yamato's talents lie in their fighting skills. Tragedy strikes when Noboru is involved in a devastating incident. In response, Cobra and Yamato form the group Sanno Rengokai in their friend's honor. However, their efforts are soon disrupted by a new crisis in the S.W.O.R.D area, a territory controlled by five powerful gangs.
