A group of doctors go on a camping trip in the deep forests, where they have fun and brag about each other's fields of expertise. However, their conversations are dominated by discussions of medical malpractices, unethical surgeries, and mocking patients, except for one doctor who is more empathetic. Unbeknownst to them, a stalker has been listening in on their conversations. The stalker, who is revealed to be a former army person, begins to toy with the doctors, stealing their boots and leaving a deer carcass with a snake wrapped around it, a symbol of the medical profession. The stalker then leaves x-rays, medals, and discharge papers, sending a message to the doctors with callous attitudes towards their trade. As the doctors realize they are being hunted, one of them, a war veteran himself, takes a stand against the madman, refusing to let him degrade them before killing them.
