A loving young couple, Henry and Ann, plan to escape their reality by stowing away on a passenger ship at midnight. As they board, they're joined by a cast of characters, each with their own secrets and mysteries. A young man, Tom Prior, notices something amiss as the passengers seem to have forgotten their destinations and companions. As Tom unravels the truth, he discovers that each person has a secret meeting with a man named Thompson before reaching their final destination. Henry and Ann, determined to fulfill their pact, must navigate the complex web of secrets and lies to achieve their goal.
