A notorious criminal, known as the White Tiger, flees from the authorities and hides in plain sight by joining a theater troupe. However, his short temper and violent tendencies lead him to kill anyone who gets in his way or suspects his true identity. One person who consistently evades his attempts on their life is a timid laundry worker, Mousy, who manages to survive by fleeing and hiding. When the White Tiger murders a close friend of Mousy's, the laundry worker finds the courage to seek revenge.
