Zahn Tokiya-ku McClarnon is a renowned American actor, recognized for his captivating performances in prominent television series and films. He has made a lasting impression in the Western crime drama series Longmire, the second season of Fargo, and the second season of Westworld.
In 2022, McClarnon took on the lead role in the AMC series Dark Winds, showcasing his versatility as an actor. Born in Denver, Colorado, McClarnon is the son of a Hunkpapa Lakota mother and a father of Irish ancestry. He grew up near Browning, Montana, where his father worked at Glacier National Park for the National Park Service. McClarnon frequently visited the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, where his mother grew up, and often spent weekends and extended periods with his maternal grandparents. His mother lived on the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
