Da Ying, a renowned Chinese director and actor, came into this world on July 7, 1960, in the vibrant city of Beijing, China.

With a career spanning decades, he has left an indelible mark on the film industry, having directed and acted in numerous iconic projects, including the action-packed Bleeding Steel (2017),the critically acclaimed Farewell My Concubine (1993),and the humorous Big Shot's Funeral (2001).

In his personal life, Da Ying has been blessed with a loving family. Since February 24, 1997, he has been married to the lovely Huan Liang, with whom he shares two children. Prior to his current marriage, he was previously married to the talented Dandan Song.
