William James Sibree Tudor, born on April 11, 1987, in London, was the son of two esteemed doctors, his family having a strong medical background, which initially led him to consider pursuing a career in medicine, mirroring the footsteps of his parents.
Growing up in the Stratford-upon-Avon area, William was enrolled in Leicester University, where he pursued a degree in English, graduating in 2008. It was during his university years that he discovered his passion for acting, after taking on the lead role in Christopher Marlowe's 'Doctor Faustus'.
Upon graduating, William enrolled at the prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama, where he honed his acting skills by taking on various roles, including the title character in 'Richard III' and Sky Masterson in 'Guys and Dolls'. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in acting from the institution in 2011.
William made his television debut in 2011 with a minor role in 'Great Expectations'. Since then, he has gone on to secure substantial television roles, showcasing his versatility as an actor. He has played a saucy young man who rarely wears clothes in the hit series 'Game of Thrones', a sympathetic robot in the sci-fi drama 'Humans', and a character in the period drama 'Mr Selfridge'.
