Will Kempe's life story commences on the picturesque island of Bermuda, where he spent his formative years before being sent away to boarding school at the tender age of nine. This marked the beginning of his educational journey, which would take him to the esteemed Dragon School in Oxford, England, and later to Wellington College in Berkshire. Following his academic pursuits, Kempe embarked on a stint at the University of Western Ontario before making the transatlantic move to New York City in 1986. It was during this pivotal moment that he pursued his passion for acting, and his fortunes led him to audition for Whit Stillman's critically acclaimed film "Metropolitan". Initially cast in the role of Nick Smith, Kempe's performance ultimately earned him the infamous part of Rick Von Sloneker.
