Whitt Brantley is a seasoned actor with thirty-three years of experience in the entertainment industry, having worked in motion pictures, television, and the professional stage. His journey began in 1987 when he was selected to attend the National Theatre of Great Britain's Summer Acting Programme at the age of twenty-two.
Throughout his career, Whitt has had the opportunity to work alongside renowned actors, including Powers Booth, Jeffrey Wright, Patrick Swayze, Lucas Black, and Rebecca DeMornay. He made his film debut in the academy award-winning movie Blue Sky, directed by Tony Richardson, who gave him his first role.
Whitt has appeared in a variety of films and television shows, including principal and supporting roles for Paramount, Universal, HBO, ABC, and Disney. In the mid-1990s, he was invited to perform at Shakespeare's Globe in London, England, and has also appeared in over twenty-seven regional, national, and international commercials for clients such as McDonald's and Swiss Bank, Switzerland.
As a member of SAG/AFTRA, Whitt has a strong foundation in the industry. In addition to his acting career, he is also a literary agent and founder of WBMT Literary, Film and Television, which represents novelists and screenwriters to publishers, producers, and studios worldwide.
