Wayne W. Johnson, a multifaceted artist, is a resident of Syracuse, New York, and the talented singer/guitarist behind the Melodic Hard Rock Band CAROLINE BLUE.
As a child, Wayne's passion for performing began to take shape, as he participated in school plays during the 5th-7th grade. This early exposure to the stage sparked a fire within him, and by the time he was in his 11th grade Spanish class, he had already gained valuable experience in front of the camera, filming commercials and music videos.
At this pivotal moment, Wayne was faced with a choice - to pursue a career in acting or music. He chose the latter, and during his college years, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music, graduating Magna Cum Laude, as well as an Associate's Degree in Humanities.
Wayne's music career began with stints in various Central New York bands before he decided to form his own band, CAROLINE BLUE. The band has released two CDs, "Slave to the Hourglass" and "Not For The Innocent," and their songs have been featured on several CD compilations, music videos, and indie movies.
CAROLINE BLUE's music has garnered recognition, including a nomination for a SAMMY (Syracuse Area Music Award) in 2006 and a win for the "Rock & Roll Original Band" award in the First Annual Upper State Independent Awards in 2007.
After years of focusing primarily on his music career, Wayne shifted his focus towards acting in 2011. He has since become known for his roles in several films and television shows, including "Night of Something Strange" (Hurricane Bridge Entertainment),"Tales of Dracula" (Wolfbain Productions),and "Star Trek New Voyages," where he played the roles of Cornelius, Dracula, and Ensign Walking Bear in the episodes "Mind-Sifter" and "The Holiest Thing."
