Vivita, a multifaceted individual, hails from Baghdad, Iraq, and is currently based in Canada. Prior to embarking on her acting and filmmaking journey, she gained experience in television production and extra work. Her passion for the craft eventually led her to explore the genres of science fiction, fantasy, and horror, often collaborating with her artistic partner, Tony "Tex" Watt, who shares her fondness for retro grind-house and drive-in films.
Throughout her career, Vivita has been involved in numerous projects, including the Canadian "Twisted Sinema" b-movie television showcase, which she co-hosted with Watt in 2003. She has also co-produced, co-directed, and acted in several b-movie features, such as "Frankenpimp," "Vixen Highway 2006: It Came From Uranus," and "Acid Head: The Buzzard Nuts County Slaughter."
In 2012, Vivita decided to take the reins and produce her first self-directed feature project, "Violet is Blue." She has since established her Slum Goddess film studio, aiming to continue her work as an independent Canadian movie producer.
