Person Biography:

Victor, a talented character actor, is known for his roles in various films and television shows. He played an ex-Vietnam veteran with a bad leg in the 1989 film "Hard Case & Fist" alongside Tony Zarindast. In the 1986 film "Vendetta," he played a prison guard and delivered the famous lines "Wake up, ladies, it's shower time, get your asses up," which earned him entrance into the Screen Actors Guild.

Victor also appeared in the 1986 film "Reform School Girls" alongside Sybil Danning and played a detective in the 1986 film "The Tomb" with John Carradine and Cameron Mitchell. Throughout his acting career, he primarily played "cops" and military characters.

Before becoming an actor, Victor studied criminology, law, and psychology. He spent most of his young adult life in Los Angeles, California, and also lived in New York, Mexico, Germany, and Canada. Victor's early life was spent on the back lots of 20th Century Fox in Century City, California, where he watched the filming of "Peyton Place" and other notable films.

Victor's acting career began when he auditioned for a Baby Ruth candy bar commercial and later a game commercial. He started a short-lived modeling career in the late 1970s and early 1980s and was once called "Shaft" after Richard Roundtree. He was signed by an agent in Burbank, California, and later auditioned for a role in the 1987 film "Predator" starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.

In 1986, Victor formed his own film production company based in Los Angeles and New York and was featured in an article published in the Los Angeles Daily News. He was approached by a poster company to have his picture with a 44 magnum turn into a poster, but he declined. Victor's bio was later published in the Marquis "Who's Who in American" in 1988.

He later formed a record, film, and publishing company and produced one of the earliest rap songs, "Sex Sells," on vinyl. Victor also wrote a screenplay entitled "DEA Connection" along with his close friend and photographer Toris Von Wolfe. He created his own TV talk show "America Get It off Your Chest," which became a weekly radio program that aired in Los Angeles and gained a great following.

In 1994, one of Victor's friends was killed while on duty with the Los Angeles Police Department, and he canceled his radio show. Victor was not seen or heard from for several years, but he resurfaced in Los Angeles in 2001 with the creation of his own clothing line, "Posh Rags Originals," which is still active to date. Victor now lives on a lake in northern Minnesota near the Canadian border and in Los Angeles. Despite being a private person, Victor has yet to be discovered smiling in any pictures.
