Vendela Kirsebom Thomessen, a renowned supermodel, was born on January 12th, 1967, in the vibrant city of Stockholm, Sweden. Her journey to stardom began at the tender age of 13, when she was discovered by Eileen Ford at a restaurant in Sweden.
Within a remarkably short period of three to four months after arriving in the United States, Vendela was negotiating a contract with the prestigious cosmetics company Elizabeth Arden. Following the expiration of her contract with Arden, she joined forces with Almay as their esteemed spokesperson.
