Velislav Pavlov is a Bulgarian-born actor who has made a name for himself in both the theater and film industries.
He began his journey in the world of acting by studying and graduating from the prestigious Theater Department of the New Bulgarian University in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Pavlov's first major role in film was in 2011, when he took on the lead character of Alexander in the 12-episode criminal TV drama "Otplata" (Payback) for Bulgarian national Nova TV.
In addition to his work in film, Pavlov has also had a successful career in theater, with some of his most notable performances including his portrayal of Rogozhin in F. M. Dostoevski's "Idiot" in 2000, Tartaglia in Carlo Gozzi's "The King Stag" in 2004, Claudius in Shakespeare's "Hamlet" in 2009, and a role in Sarah Kane's "Psychosis 4:48" in 2009.
Today, Pavlov resides in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he continues to pursue his passion for acting and entertain audiences with his talents.
